clean Nutrition

The Canadian food guide has been updated more recently than Australia's, and is a lot more simple and effective. While Australia's food guide has a separate section dedicated to dairy foods, Canada have placed dairy in with the larger group of protein foods. The recommendation for adults is for half their food intake to be fruits and vegetables, with the remaining half split evenly between the cereals & grains food group, and the proteins food group. This is the baseline starting point for all adults including non pregnant women.
